How a "No Excuses" attitude helps me create and fulfill my purpose

I’ve now completed 4 months of working on my new business for just 2 hours per week. The lessons I'm learning (yet again!) are:

No excuses / Just create and publish.

Beware of creating drama
 -- it easily derails us from our purpose.

Do it on a schedule vs. "when I'm inspired" -- since I'd like to reveal the business to you within 1 year instead of 10 ;-)

How do you use your idle-mind time?

When thinking about how you use your time, have you considered the several hours a day where your mind might be idle, when you are: 
  • Doing your morning hygiene
  • In the shower
  • Preparing and eating your meals
  • Cleaning or puttering
  • In the bathroom
  • On your commute
  • Walking outside

Stop Procrastinating: Write Down the Simple Next Steps.

When I notice myself procrastinating, here's a simple process that helps me get unstuck:

At the beginning of a work hour, I write down the project I'd like to make progress on, and three simple next steps I can easily take.
