Give your wisdom a shape
Many heart-centered entrepreneurs struggle to wrangle their vast knowledge into a clear, compelling structure. Notes pile up, and when someone asks what you do, you’re not sure where to begin.
Imagine having your own signature framework – a knowledge structure that organizes all your important ideas, tools, and client success stories into a beautiful, easy-to-understand system.
(If you aren’t working with clients, you can also use your framework for content creation such as articles, books, videos, podcasts, or courses.)
This course takes a lighter way of building one:
- ✓You can begin without a clear niche. A framework built on your principles can serve many kinds of clients.
- ✓You share a first version early, knowing it will change, and each update becomes one more reason to tell people about your work.
- ✓A diagram is optional. Text-only frameworks have a long history (and I’m about as far from visually inclined as a person gets).
- ✓The exercises are small. Many use a 15-minute timer, and nothing has to be captured perfectly the first time.
Truth is most powerful when it’s personally created and articulated.
What you’ll be able to do, step by step
I recorded the course while teaching it to a group of students, so you’ll hear their questions and see me coach several of them on their frameworks. Each module has short videos and a lesson document you can read or hand to your AI.
- Module 1 · What’s a signature framework?
Know what a signature framework is, in your own words
See examples and metaphors for frameworks, and notice the ones you may already be using in your work.
Then write your own definition, and get an overview of my eight-step process for creating a framework.
This module is free to watch for 72 hours: start the free Module 1 replay.
- Questions · Answers to early doubts
Settle the doubts that come up first
Short answers to the questions students asked first, from whether you need a niche to whether a framework needs a diagram.
You’ll also learn the doorway idea, that people can enter your framework through whichever issue speaks to them most.
- Module 2 · Gathering framework ideas
Get your ideas out of your head and into one document
Choose a scope (your whole approach, or one program), keep one ideal client in mind, and brainstorm with a timer and my prompt questions. Then gather what you’ve already made, from blog posts to old notes, without trying to find everything.
You’ll add your Energy Signature, the stories, values and quirks that make your approach yours. To finish, you decide what’s essential and write a rough first outline.
- Module 3 · Structuring your framework
Shape your ideas into a structure people can follow
Group, prioritize and sequence your ideas, and use the accordion principle: a short core you can explain in a sentence or two, with the details underneath.
If you’d like a visual, choose a metaphor and sketch your framework (this step is optional). Before moving on, you ask a few people who know your ideal clients for feedback, using my bank of questions.
- Module 4 · Summaries and a name
Describe your framework in a few sentences, and choose its name
Explore where your framework came from, and how it fits your Energy Signature (if you’ve taken my Your Energy Signature course, bring your notes). Next, write a long and a short summary, by hand or with AI.
You’ll brainstorm names, narrow them to a shortlist, ask for feedback, and run a low-cost check for names already in use.
- Module 5 · Rhythm of offers and content
Turn your framework into offers and a steady rhythm of content
Any single step or principle in your framework can become an offer, from a short workshop to a longer program. You’ll map your ideas onto my Concentric Circles Business Model, plan gentle launches, and outline a five-day event that teaches your framework.
You’ll list your doorways (the issues people come to you with), plan content for each, and publish your framework on your website.
- Module 6 · Spiral learning, expansion and celebration
Keep your framework growing along with your work
Use your framework with clients, notice what resonates, and keep refining, with an update log for new ideas and feedback.
You’ll write a client case study, choose ways to present your framework, and plan your top priorities for the next few months. And you’ll pause to celebrate what you’ve made.
- Extra · More questions and coaching
Bring your framework to individual clients and to institutions
Coaching on ways to bring one student’s framework forward, and on presenting a framework to an institution compared with individual clients.
Plus a tip for any presentation: record yourself rehearsing first, so you can catch pacing problems.

What students loved most
When students wrote about this course, these are the moments they mentioned most:
- ✓Seeing the shape of work they’d been doing for years, and how clarifying that felt.
- ✓The doorway idea, which let them talk about many interests without having to pick one.
- ✓The accordion principle, and learning that one piece of a framework can become a short exercise or a whole program.
- ✓Relief at hearing they didn’t need a niche, or a perfect version, to begin.
- ✓Short timed prompts that drew out more ideas than they expected.
These reflections come from students of earlier versions of the course.
“Today I was actually able to use one of the frameworks I came up with in a consultation call I had. I found it to be very useful in helping me communicate to the client the process I would use in working with them.
Overall I have found this course to be very beneficial because of all the ways I can use the frameworks to inform my work with clients and create content.”

“It really helped me clarify and organize my loosely connected thoughts & musings. Learning about how to turn my framework into courses and group programs, as well as 1-to-1 programs was so key for me.
Thank you so much for this course!”
“Once again, George delivers an easy-to-digest course that is accessible and applicable to my everyday business life. The ideas taught in this course are highly valuable as I continue to create and nurture new frameworks that support my voice.”

“This so helpful to me because I often feel like a polymath with so many interests and foci. This gives me leeway to allow my energy to flow freely among them rather than choosing one.”
“It's amazing how much came out in 15 minutes. Much of it pretty organized 😂 Thanks for the prompts.”
“I have so much more clarity about what a framework is and how to use it to organize my content. I have an almost final draft of my framework and feel very proud of it. This course has been tremendously helpful, allowing me to organize the different aspects or areas of my business and how to present them in a clear, solution-focused way.”

A framework I made up myself
Almost no one knows my Concentric Circles Business Model, because I made it up myself. It began as my own rough sketch, which I later paid a designer to polish.
I’ve used it for years to shape my own offers. About once a year, I look over my framework for any part I haven’t yet built a program around.
I’ve also learned what not to do. I once shared my whole “map of everything” with potential clients, and the map overwhelmed some of them.
A good fit if…
- ✓You’re a coach, healer, teacher or other soulpreneur, just starting or years in
- ✓You have notes and ideas piling up, and you’d like to see how they fit together
- ✓When people ask what you do, you’d like a clearer way to explain your approach
- ✓You’d like one structure to guide your offers, your content and your client work
Probably not if…
- ×You want personal coaching or feedback on your framework. This course is recorded, and you work through it at your own pace
- ×You want a template to fill in. You build your framework from your own ideas, with my prompts to guide you
- ×You want a promise that your framework will sell. The course shows you how to test and refine your framework with clients and your audience
By the end, you’ll…
- 1Have your ideas gathered in one framework document, from old notes to client stories.
- 2Be able to explain your framework briefly, and expand on any piece when someone wants more.
- 3Describe your approach in your own words, under a name you’ve tested with others.
- 4Know which offers and content can grow from your framework, and have a gentle rhythm for your launches.
- 5Keep refining your framework as your work grows, with a log for new ideas.

Before you enroll
“What is a signature framework?”
It is your unique methodology or system for helping clients. It is the structure upon which you can organize your ideas and content, it’s also the foundation of your services, programs, courses, or books you’ll offer.
In the course, you’ll write your own definition too, and revisit it at the end of the first module.
“Do I need a niche first?”
No. As I like to remind clients, you don’t have to niche yourself, or even your framework, but do niche your offers.
The course shows you how to apply your framework in specific offers, each one shaped for the people it serves.
“Is it too early in my business for a framework?”
No. I suggest building one from the very beginning, and expecting to change your framework after your first few clients.
“How much time does it take?”
The six modules come to a little under eight hours of short videos. With the two folders of students’ questions and extra coaching, the total is about nine.
The exercises are short and timed, so you can work in small steps, at whatever pace fits your life.
“Will I give away too much if I share my framework?”
I suggest sharing the “what” and the “why” freely, and guiding the “how” in your paid work.
In the course I compare a public framework to a free tourist map of the main landmarks, with you as the tour guide who brings the depth.
“Can’t AI just create a framework for me?”
AI can produce ideas endlessly. It can’t give your framework your Energy Signature, which comes from your own life and your work with clients.
The course shows where AI helps, from sorting your notes to drafting summaries and names, and where your own judgment comes in.
“Can I try it before I buy?”
Yes. Module 1 is free to watch for 72 hours after you sign up with your email: start the free replay.
If you buy the course, Module 1 comes with it, along with all the others, and you keep them for life.
“Will I get personal feedback?”
The course is recorded, and it doesn’t include personal feedback on your framework.
You’ll see me coach other students on theirs, and most of the lesson documents include past students’ questions with my answers. You can also bring your own questions to my free monthly Q&A call.
“Can I use it with my AI?”
Yes. Give a module’s lesson document to ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, and work through the course together.
