This webinar on the case study mindset provided such a healthy shift in how to approach marketing — something I grapple with and angst over too often. Five live sessions — 90 minutes to open, then about an hour each — walking the whole arc, from the mindset through capturing and observing, to drafting and publishing a case study you’re proud of. Every session is recorded, with the recording available within 24 hours, so you can walk the whole path even if you can’t attend live.
The Case Study Mindset
We name what’s really kept you stuck — then install the shift at the heart of the course: a case study isn’t something you produce at the end, it’s a way of working with clients that makes the work itself better. Setting Up to Capture
Design your work so case studies emerge naturally — from setting gentle expectations upfront, to capturing a client’s starting point with care. Including the warm way to re-approach past clients, and how to begin even before you have clients.
Observing & Documenting
The mindset in action, mid-engagement: light, sustainable notes, and the questions that surface gold in your client’s own words. This way of paying attention naturally makes you a better practitioner — not more work bolted on. It includes privacy-conscious ways to document sensitive work, so a client’s confidentiality stays protected.
Drafting Your Case Study
The most hands-on week. Choose your client and your form, draft the story with your client rather than about them, and cross the threshold of publishing your first case study — the part that dissolves ‘it feels like bragging.’
Publishing & Integrating
Where case studies live and how they reshape your marketing — and what they reveal, over time, about your ideal clients, your signature work, and your own energy signature.

On confidentiality: many of the people I work with are therapists and practitioners whose clients can’t be named. We cover how to create case studies ethically — anonymizing, gentle naming conventions, and honoring sensitive work — so you can tell a true story without compromising anyone’s privacy.
What we’re not doing: no funnels, sales-page copywriting, pricing strategy, or manufactured social proof. This is transformation-first, always.
